HITsa staff recently spent 3 days with Little Car Photography to capture some new images at each of our sites.
The team took on the challenge and got into character and we had a great time mucking around.
Sarah from Little Car Photography did a wonderful job of capturing some great shots that we will be able to use in marketing.
This is definitely our favourite...

HITsa Health student gains employment in Aged Care sector
HITsa takes pride in supporting its students to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Certificate III in Individual Support [CHC33015] includes a 120 hour work placement. After completing the theory component of training, HITsa's Coordinator Jeanette sources suitable work placement for students. This is done by matching each student to an employer that considers their individual needs and circumstances.
Jeanette sees her students and the various barriers they face on a day-to-day basis, which can sometimes hinder opportunities for employment.
Please meet Ting (pictured right) who has not only completed her qualification, but has successfully gained employment at an aged care facility suited during her work placement. We couldn't be more proud of Ting, who speaks English as her second language.
Ting could not contain her excitement and is ever so grateful to all at HITsa as she is now employed and living independently.
In her own words, "when I started my course, I did not expect to pass, but look at me now, I have a job and I'm so happy. Thank you!"
Certificate III in Retail [SIR30216] with Workskil
HITsa and partner Workskil saw their Transition to Work clients complete their Certificate III in Retail at Salisbury.

Feedback from the group was unanimous - they loved the practical skills training days.
As the students reached their final weeks of training some were already attending interviews for employment.
HITsa staff and trainers wish these students all the best in finding employment in the retail sector.
