Work Placement – A Trainer’s Joy!
Trainer Raj had the opportunity to visit students out at their work placements late last year.
Raj put in his words the enormous joy he finds in this part of a student’s journey:
“There is no greater JOY than seeing students move from the classroom to a work placement within the industry. Visiting students and seeing their confidence grow from the valuable experience that a work placement offers, is not only exciting but very rewarding for both the student and the trainer.
It’s amazing to see a student’s growth and development as a student progresses through their training. There is no better satisfaction than witnessing the confidence of a student excel in a newfound work industry.“
