Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee

St Frances De Sales students have become masters of coffee making, training at HITsa Mount Barker during the October school holidays.

The students gained the accredited units “Hygiene Practices for Food Safety” and “Prepare and serve Espresso Coffee”, accumulating points toward their SACE through stackable VET, as well as gaining employment ready skills.
