Our 1st year Apprentices and Basic Food Skill Set students have been busy in the kitchen this month.
It has been truly exciting to witness their progress, completing units such as Food Safety Hygiene, Safe Work Practices, Food Preparation Equipment and Basic Cookery Methods. These units are essential for a students culinary growth, plus the joy of savoring their own delicious creations must be a rewarding accomplishment!
