Go Hospo @ Tauondi College
HITsa offered it’s “Go Hospo!” program at Taoundi Community College this month. “Go Hospo!” is a Workforce Australia Local Jobs Activity for the Northern Region, funded by the Federal Government. It’s a great training initiative funded by the government for those who have been out of work and are looking to gain some new skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Each unit is delivered to be fun and engaging!
Hear it from the students themselves:
“I found the GO Hospo course to be fantastic! All trainers have been amazing, always helpful and made learning easy and fun. The skills and confidence I have gained are more than I expected. I definitely feel ready to go out and get a job” Tashara. C
“I like this course. It gives people a lot of good knowledge about hospitality and how to work as a team with class mates. I met good people and have secured friends. I’m grateful for HITsa providing us a nice lunch everyday. Thank you for everything!” Evgeny. K
“I thought it was a great course, never thought I would be making cappuccinos or would see so much insight of how certain things are like in the hospitality industry.” Kristopher. S
“In this training I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills. Our trainers have been absolutely amazing, very respectful and helpful in this training. I have learned things that I didn’t know about. This course has helped me understand things I couldn’t and has prepared me for the hospitality work in the future. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for any support with employment or wanting to gain new skills and industry knowledge to take on training through HITsa as they will offer amazing service.” Penni.V
“The last 3 weeks have been great. I have learned lots of new skills that I will continue to use throughout my life. The trainers are great, very understanding and friendly. I’m thankful for having this opportunity. Thank you HITsa!” Rachel. E
